During the program participants will learn the theory behind flying a helicopter then get behind the controls for two flights with a highly trained instructor learning the basic skills of how a helicopter works. As well as meeting experienced pilots, course attendees will also get hands-on in the engineering department, getting to grips with the guts of these impressive machines.
The course is specifically designed for students that are completing Year 12 in 2018 or have recently completed high school as well as students in Year 11 in 2018.
